Gardening Volunteering on Thursday Lunch-times

Would you like to learn about gardening while helping to improve your local community? Waterloo Green is a community park managed through the charity Bankside Open Spaces Trust (BOST). BOST are looking for volunteers to come down over their lunch break to get some fresh air and make Waterloo Green beautiful. The sessions will run weekly over the summer on a Thursday between 12:30 and 2:00. It is a drop in session, so you can stay for as long as you like. Opportunities include: pruning, weeding, litter picking, hedge trimming and general gardening.

Volunteering sessions are available from 25th August between 12.30pm and 2.00pm.
Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and sturdy footwear.
