THE developers who are planning to create a high quality landmark building on the site of Elizabeth House are holding public consultation sessions at 45 York Road at the following times:

• 1pm-8pm Thursday, June 30.
• 10am-5pm, Friday, July 1.
• 10am -5pm, Saturday, July 2.

A planning application will be submitted this summer, and it is anticipated the scheme will create 10,000 new jobs, public spaces and facilitate the regeneration
of the station and a pedestrian route to Lower Marsh from the north west of Waterloo Station.
