THE organisers of this year’s Waterloo Carnival have announced the theme for the event will be SCIENCE.

The event will take place on Friday, July 15th, and will see hundreds of local schoolchildren adorn fancy dress based on the world of test tubes, lab coats and nutty professors.

The science theme was chosen by fans via the carnival’s Facebook page, and the carnival has been supported with a grant from the Lower Marsh Film Fund Panel.
