Lower Marsh Regeneration Events

DESIGN company Atkins has been fine tuning its proposals for the Lower Marsh Regeneration Project ahead of a fresh round of consultation next month.

The company has come up with a range of plans for managing waste, a rejuvenated market and for lighting the street when up to £3million is invested in the road later this year.

Proposals include moving the compactor outside Cubana to another location and attaching lights to some buildings along the street.

Businesses, residents and visitors to Lower Marsh are encouraged to give their feedback to the plans before they are finalised.
