Waterloo charities have urged local businessmen and women to put on a Santa suit and trainers for an eyecatching fundraiser in Greenwich Park.  The 5km Santa Run will take place on Sunday, December 5 and up to 2,000 people are expected to don the famous red suit and whiskers for the event. People who would like to fundraise for Waterloo Road based Fairbridge, whose workers engage with disadvantaged young people, should contact Cari Meynell on 020 7199 6033 or visit http://www.fairbridge.org.uk/editorial.asp?page_id=437 The African Palliative Care Association (APCA) is also looking for runners.
