A lucky Waterloo worker has won a free dinner for two at Baltic.  Jason Cox was chosen from more than 100 entries in a Waterloo Quarter BID competition run in conjunction with the Blackfriars Road eaterie. Mr Cox was among hundreds of people who attended an Eastern European cookery demonstration in Emma Cons Gardens, opposite the Old Vic, during Tuesday lunchtime. The event was organised as part of the Waterloo Quarter Food Festival, which is running throughout July. More information on the food festival can be found here.
