Waterloo Quarter BID’s Recycle at Work scheme offers FREE recycling services for all businesses in the BID area, with collections for the following items:

• Mixed paper and cardboard
• Plastic bottles and cans
• Glass (with subsidised collections available for those businesses that require more than one collection per week)

The BID also provides a General Waste collection scheme for all non-recyclable items. This scheme aims to save you money by offering a £1 per bag collection charge, rather than banded price rates that are often used by waste collection services. Click here for more information.

Over 170 local businesses have signed up to take advantage of the free recycling services, launched as a result of consultation through which businesses expressed keen interest in becoming more eco-friendly and disposing of waste more responsibly.
