Waterloo Quarter arranges for the installation of festive lights across the BID area including Lower Marsh, The Cut, Blackfriars Road, Waterloo Road, Westminster Bridge Road and Kennington Road. The lights provide a welcoming feel to the area for local workers, visitors and Christmas shoppers making the most of the many independent retailers.
