Following its success with the recently introduced hanging baskets in Waterloo Quarter, the BID's Green, Clean & Safe group has allocated funding to plant out 9 redundant flower tubs on Kennington Road with seasonal plants. These will be maintained by the existing hanging basket contractors and will bring a splash of colour to the street at the edge of the BID area.
