The workshop is being held from 5.30 to 8.30pm on Tuesday, 7 October at the Waterloo Action Centre and a buffet supper will be provided.
The purpose of the workshop is to identify
the key steps that you go through when starting up, running and expanding a business in Lambeth
the main local public and voluntary service organisations you need to speak to during this journey, and
the issues you face, particularly in accessing the services you need.
The workshop will be attended by a mix of businesses with experience of the above scenarios, relevant public and voluntary sector partners (such as the Police, Fire Service and CAB), and senior staff from business facing Lambeth Council teams.
During the workshop, we will jointly identify practical solutions to the issues you have faced and produce an action plan for taking these forward within the public sector.
This is a rare opportunity for you to work with public sector partners in identifying core improvements which need to be made to the service they provide to local business.
