Thursday 6th December saw the Waterloo Quarter Christmas celebrations and lights switch-on in Emma Cons Gardens.
The festivities included a celebrity Christmas tree lights switch-on with special guest Sandi Toksvig who took time out from her role as the narrator in the Old Vic's Cinderella pantomime; live entertainment from oompah band The Bavarian Strollers; carol singing from the Walnut Tree Primary School and the Children’s Country Holidays Fund; and food & drink stalls from Cubana and the recently-opened Waterloo Brasserie.
