Baltic is Jan Woroniecki's second restaurant. Since its inception in June 2001, Baltic has become the destination restaurant south of the river.
The restaurant specialises in Eastern cuisine, encompassing a diverse palate extending from the Baltic to the Adriatic.
The building, originally a late eighteenth century coachbuilder's was redesigned by architect Seth Stein, whose vision beautifully retains its original character.
