Waterloo Job Shop is a local job brokerage facility that has successfully placed over 200 local people into employment in 2007. It also offers pre-employment training courses to help people improve their skills, including CV writing and interview techniques.

The Job Shop is led by a partnership between South Bank Employers' Group, Jobcentre Plus and the London Borough of Lambeth.
