The bosses: Franchise co-owners Bridget Maendl and Naz Celebioglu.

Describe the business: “We specialise in business support whether it be Royal Mail Services, printing, photocopying or renting a mail box. We are experts in shipping – we are like a dedicated post room for our clients.”

When did you open? “We opened in the first week of June. Before that we had a lot of training so we are experts in packing and shipping around the world using FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT and Parcelforce. We tailor our services to each customer’s needs.”

Why Waterloo? “We spent a year looking at different areas, then we saw Lower Marsh and were inspired. Both of us had a gut feeling that we’d found the right place. We like it round here as it is very friendly and there is a good mix of business types.”

What did you do before? “We had both ran our own businesses. Bridget worked as an estate agent, Naz ran a sandwich bar in Chancery Lane. We met through our other halves, who are best friends.”

Who are your clients? “We look after anyone and everyone. We do a lot of shipping for hotels and printing for students but we also have a number of local companies which use us for printing and binding & postal services."

What are your opening hours? “We are open from Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm and from 11am-2pm on Saturdays, but people can call us at any time day or night.”

Anything else you’d like to shout about? “All our packages are tracked from start to finish and email updates are sent regularly. We can also arrange enhanced cover. As well as being a drop off centre we can pick items up from businesses or houses.”
