The Second Annual General Meeting of the WQBA was held at the Union Jack Club, Sandell Street, on Thursday 26th July. The meeting was open to all Company Members and featured a presentation by Ann Samuel, the Chairman of Waterloo Quarter from the Old Vic Theatre Company, of the BID's activities for its first year of operation. The BID's auditors presented the audited statutory accounts for 2006-07, which were formally adopted by the Company Members.

 

The following Board Directors retired by rotation and were re-elected to the Board by the Company Members:

The following new Directors were elected to the Board:

Invitations to the Annual General Meeting of WQBA, along with notification of all sub-group dates are sent out to all BID Company Members. All BID levy payers have a right to become formal Company Members and to play a key role in developing BID projects and spend. Membership is free and incurs no financial liability in addition to the mandatory BID levy.
