 Morley Impact is a new scheme set up to satisfy the training needs of organisations, providing specifically tailored business and management courses. The course range has been selected to address expanding global markets resulting in employees needing to be able to communicate effectively in other languages as well as for people from different cultures who require an understanding of the English language and British culture. The following courses will be available:
- Foreign Language Tuition; Interpretation; Translation & Cultural Awareness in a variety of languages
- Business English, British Cultural Awareness and Inter-cultural Awareness.
- Soft skills including; public speaking, chairing meetings, leadership, effective communication, networking, creativity, change readiness, flexibility, problem-solving, team building and listening skills.
The courses are suitable for all types of organisations including small and medium-sized enterprises, large private companies, national and local public bodies and not-for-profit organisations.
