HUGH Walker (pictured), managing director of Hercules Road based Eden Caterers, wowed the crowds at the RSVP Exhibition with his “Cockney Jock” cocktail. The gin-infused tipple finished third in a cocktail competition at the event in the Business Design Centre in Islington. Eden also promoted it’s Birchermuesli, mackerel sandwiches and English beef canapés at the exhibition. THE BID has compiled costs for the removal of office furniture and electrical items which are not covered by the BID’s collections. Please email klindsay@waterlooquarter.org for more information. YOU can still have your say on the future of Lower Marsh. Lower Marsh Regeneration Project consultations are taking place throughout May – see http://www.waterlooquarter.org/whats-on/866-lower-marsh-regeneration-events for dates and times. The gorgeous 1901 Arts Club in Exton Street is offering a discount on its venue hire charge to Waterloo companies. See http://www.waterlooquarter.org/b2b-offers for more.
