BUSINESSES as diverse as a bespoke bakery and an international charity will all join the BID after its boundary was extended as part of the BID's successful renewal ballot.

Cake and food specialist Konditor & Cook on Cornwall Road is among 37 companies who will join the BID from April 1.

James McGowan of Konditor & Cook said: "We welcome becoming part of the BID and look forward to a wider involvement in promoting the local community with all our freshly baked treats and 'off the wall' creative flair."

All new businesses are entitled to the same services as existing BID businesses, including marketing support and environmental schemes.
