![]() LAMBETH Council is planning to remove a public toilet which has been a magnet for flytipping, anti social behaviour and drug taking. In the last year alone Waterloo Quarter has logged more than 40 problem incidents, including public defacation, discarded needles and graffiti tags near the Universal Super Loo (USL) in Granby Place off Lower Marsh. The council plans to move the toilet to Clapham Common where it can be put to better use. A number of businesses in Lower Marsh take part in a community toilet scheme where they allow people to use their facilities, negating the need for the toilet. If you have any questions about the removal of the toilet, call katie Lindsay on 020 7620 1309.
