Businesses and social enterprises have been invited to join a charitable trust which will manage and maintain Jubilee Gardens once they have been opened on the South Bank in early 2012.

The park’s transformation is set to create a new green landmark for London.

A planning application will be submitted this autumn and construction is due to start on site in 2011.

The trust will be responsible for the future of the park once it is open, ensuring that it is maintained to a world-class standard and continues to meet the needs of all users, local residents and employees to visitors.

Businesses and social enterprises also have the opportunity to deepen their engagement by nominating a board member.
