A planning application which would see a Grade II listed building converted into a hotel has been submitted to Southwark Council.
The application for 75-76 Blackfriars Road was submitted in May and a decision will be reached later this month.
The plan would also see 1 Burrows Mews demolished and replaced with a three storey building which would hold two one bedroom flats and another one bedroom unit.
