Stride out in Celebration of National Walk to Work Week

Employees from the Waterloo Quarter are encouraged to put their best foot forward to celebrate Walk to Work Week and will be in with a chance of winning an iPod Nano!

Run by national charity Living Streets, national Walk to Work Week aims to encourage employees from across the country to incorporate more walking into their daily routine, whether that’s on the way to, from or even during the working day.

Walk to Work Week is open to everyone, but if you are a member of Waterloo Quarter BID in particular, Living Streets are offering a weeks worth of free lunchtime activities to get your workforce moving through their ‘Step Out in The Cut’ project.

From walking activities to games and quizzes about the local area, all those who take part will be in with a chance of winning prizes including an iPod Nano and will feel the benefits of squeezing some activity into their busy day.
