The Legible London signage system has been put into position around the BID area. The BID has funded the signage on Westminster Bridge Road, Lower Marsh, Baylis Road and The Cut. They are intended to help pedestrians navigate through areas with ease. ‘Heads up’ mapping has been used which means the maps are orientated to face the same way as the user is facing. There is a time walking distance circle to indicate the proximity of nearby areas and key buildings are highlighted, which will help orientate pedestrians and encourage them to explore the area.
