The London Apprenticeship Company employs the apprentice on behalf of the host company and as a result, takes away all the hassles of managing and administering the scheme including managing all the  payroll, tax and NI as well as reducing costs to the hosting organisation. You are able to define the role and the wage and LAC will interview and shortlist the most suitable applicants for the job. The LAC organise the selection, training provision, Government funding, offer a full mentoring service for the apprentices and get them prepared for the job they will be doing while supporting the company at every stage.

LAC can provide candidates for a variety of roles including Business Administration, Customer Service, Retail, Sales, IT, Hospitality, Care or Construction juniors.
