Waterloo Quarter would like to congratulate The Tool Shop on Lower Marsh on winning Retailer of the Year award. The British Hardware Federation presented its annual awards in February for best Retailer, Supplier, Member of Staff and products at a dedicated hardware and DIY show at the NEC. 
Some of the comments made about The Tool Shop included:.
• This retailer carried a good range of tools and housewares to reach all price
targets.
• This retailer has excellent stock availability and the ability to get stock
from other branches on the same day.
• This retailer has friendly staff, all of whom are very willing to offer help
and advice
The BHF commented: “We received some amazing testimonials about some fairly
amazing retailers. It seems our suppliers are impressed with quite a few
of our members and it is a great shame we cannot reward everyone that was
nominated. However, one retailer stood out above the rest."
