It is not too late to appeal your new Draft Rateable Value that will apply from 1st April 2010. The new Rateable Value will last for 5 years and is based on the estimated rental value of your property on 1st April 2008 and is the basis for which your business rates are calculated. ![]() You only have one opportunity to appeal and therefore it is important you receive good quality advice and get your assessment checked.
