The ‘forest’ has not only proved popular with local residents and employees. The press have also picked up on it with positive reviews. The Big Issue featured the installation and The Times wrote that it “invites passersby to stroll in and lose themselves in the forest”. It has also been credited for its landscape architectural merit, featuring in The Landscape Journal and Horticultural weekly.

 

The installation is due to come down at the end of January, with the trees being donated to local community groups.
