Environmental Support for Businesses in Southwark

Southwark Council has recently launched a comprehensive support programme for businesses that want to manage their resources more efficiently and identify cost savings.

The following services are available free of charge to any business in Southwark:
  • Environmental audits which will help highlight specific areas where your business can reduce your environmental impact and save money 
  • Telephone helpline where you can get answers to any environmental questions 
  • Regular e-newsletter   
  • Regular business networking events on a variety of environmental topics  
  • Environmental business awards.
An advisor from the Sustainable Services team can provide a free, no obligation audit.  They will highlight specific areas where your business can reduce costs by looking at how gas, electricity, water and transport are used and how waste can be reduced.
