New Draft 2010 Rateable Values have recently been published and will apply from 1st April 2010 for a period of 5 years. Your new Rateable Value is based upon the estimated rental value of your property on 1st April 2008. 

 

Rateable values in Waterloo in Waterloo have risen considerably and we are concerned about the potential impact on local businesses in the Waterloo Quarter BID area.
