Waterloo Quarter BID provides a graffiti removal service in addition to that provided by the Councils, which currently only deal with graffiti visible from public highways. Over the last 6 months Waterloo Quarter has removed 46 incidents of Graffiti from BID businesses, helping to make the area a cleaner and a more attractive environment to do business in.
