Annual General Meeting 2009
Waterloo Quarter BID's fourth Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 24th September at the Symbian Foundation off Blackfriars Road. Company Members approved the Report & Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2009, following a presentation by the BID's auditors, Roland Klepzig Ltd.

The BID was pleased to welcome the following new Directors to the Board:
  • Tim Holbrow - Symbian Foundation
  • Ian Clark - Metro Safety
  • Alex Reeves - Berkeley Residential Management
