Global Entrepreneurship Week is a major annual event in Lambeth being held on 16-22nd November 2009 as a focal point to demonstrate the entrepreneurial talents of local people. It provides a fantastic opportunity for companies to raise their profile either by taking part in activities, sponsoring an event or donating a prize.Thursday 19th November -Behind the Scenes
For many
young people their first experience of a working environment is day one of their
first job. We want to show what a working environment is really like so we are
asking businesses to open up their premises for half a day and to host a tour of
up to 15 young people.
Friday 20th November – Young Entrepreneur Market.
Market stalls will be set up under the London Eye. Teams of young people from across Lambeth will be given start up grants of £25 and challenged to come up with product and make as much profit as possible. How you can get involved:
