Quarter is the first BID to launch a Zero-to-Landfill scheme for local
businesses. The initiative will help you save money and the environment
by taking part in this general waste scheme.All
general, non-recyclable waste will be collected and transported to a
combustion plant to be turned into energy, cutting out the negative
effects of sending rubbish to landfill sites. For
£1 per bag, which includes delivery and collection costs and no banded
price rates, your business can sign up for regular collections. Signing
up is simple, a minimum of 200 sacks have to be purchased on joining
the scheme, however the first 40 businesses to register will each
