Waterloo Quarter BID are offering retailers the opportunity to become more eco-friendly by taking on a batch of new Waterloo Quarter branded cotton ‘bags for life' to give out to their customers. The shopping bags offer an alternative to plastic carriers bags while at the same time promote the area as a key local shopping centre. Several thousand bags have already been distributed to local employees and a new batch of bags is due to be printed as part of the Christmas promotion.

We will initially be distributing the bags to businesses in batches of 20 free of charge to assess demand, with a view to extending the provision in future.
