Following recent concerns raised by local businesses of significant proposed rent increases by their landlords, WQBA has begun to collate a listing of rental costs paid by a range of BID businesses, including retailers and office occupiers. It is hoped that the listing will be a valuable tool for businesses currently negotiating new rental agreements with their landlords, providing a guideline for acceptable rent charges for the area.
At the moment the data available is limited, however we are hoping to develop it further as more businesses get involved. We are keen to make the listing as extensive as possible the more businesses that contribute information, the more useful a resource it will be and we therefore encourage you to get involved.
