Lambeth Council has granted planning permission for a new puppet workshop in Waterloo.

The National Theatre Studios submitted a planning application for a three storey annex to its property on The Cut last year.

The annex will house a workshop for Handspring UK – an off shoot of the puppeteers who created War Horse - and two floors of office space
